1 Acceptance of Terms

Your tg772 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or its balance to another person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Before your first withdrawal, tg772 requires identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine ID. Your name on the ID must match the name registered on your account. tg772 may request additional documents if required. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted from withdrawing funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on tg772 — deposits, wagers, wins, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tg772 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

5 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on tg772 — including slots, live casino tables, fish games, and sports betting — use certified Random Number Generator technology or live event outcomes as applicable. All slot and casino game outcomes are generated independently and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action other than placing a bet.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the final verified result of the relevant event as recognised by tg772. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, tg772's determination will be final. Settled bets cannot be reversed unless a clear technical error is identified and verified by tg772.

7 Player Conduct

8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your tg772 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact tg772 support immediately.

tg772 uses SSL encryption on all connections and OTP (one-time password) verification on sensitive account actions including withdrawals and password changes. You must ensure that your registered Philippine mobile number is accurate and accessible to you, as it is the primary channel for OTP verification.

tg772 will never ask for your full password through email, SMS, or any support channel. Do not respond to any message requesting your login credentials. tg772 is not liable for losses resulting from a player voluntarily sharing their account credentials with a third party.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tg772 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is identified.
• A self-exclusion or account closure request is received from the account holder.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tg772 support. Verified real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method minus any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability
